New files seems to be impacted more. Just tried a few very recent files, 3 out of 4 failed.

all failed, one other worked. All of them complain "Unable to connect ---- An error occurred during a connection to eu2.contabostorage.com."

Hope this gets resolved soon completely. BTW, free download works, only premium fails Sad

Actually, just now found, my home router is blocking this as "not secure". Others might not be seeing this then Sad

Yes. you needed to send gift card as described in their site and mail them, then they will upgrade your account. Though now no need. i've forwarded your request and your account should be upgraded soon.

@zeemad77 one of the storage server was having issue. now the restore process has started in a week time most of the old download links as well will start working.

Some of the videos that were not downloading till a few days back are downloading now. Probably it is fixed now. Thanks @GhostRider .

@sandhyafox the process is still ongoing, most of lost 2TB of files will be restored as time goes by.
