Hello sir,
How are you? Hope you doing okay. I have an issue with too many files i can not download it even when i am a premium download member and when i try to reach the uploaders there is no answers even i tried the admins email but still the same, maybe we have issue in reaching each other i do not know. So i thought to reach you and maybe you can reach them or you can restore the download link and help me with it and i will be much appreciated.

@[4K/1080P/720P] Please check your files, if it is uploaded or not. Also while using New Uploader, After successful upload, server may need some time to process the file and copy it to different locations, it may take time depending on file size. Also make sure your filename doesn't have any special characters in it i.e. emoji, @, %, $, & etc. rename it if it has and it should work

Also while using New Uploader, After successful upload, server may need some time to process the file and copy it to different locations, it may take time depending on file size. Also make sure your filename doesn't have any special characters in it i.e. emoji, @, %, $, & etc. rename it if it has and it should work

Check the file filesize in the screens. Others, all check. Anyways uploaded a file now, the prob seems resolved for the time being.

The old uploader is getting stuck at 100% and won't upload the videos. I tried uploading 17 videos in the last 2 days with the old uploader and only 2 videos were uploaded successfully. 15 videos got stuck at 100%. Close to 20 GB of my Internet bandwidth went into vain. Kindly check this.
I switched to new uploader and it works. But issue continues with the old uploader.

It might take 5-10 minutes as your file size is big..

Happens to me too, check 6 posts above. The problem stopped for a while then returned, then stopped. Its an ongoing issue. ff also takes way too long to generate links compared to other filesharing hosts.
