It is because DNS Propagation is still maybe swinging back to old server sometime. The one you see that says Upgrad in process is old server. We have already moved to new one.

How much time it will take to restore ? It's still showing under maintenance..

I know the reason. It's called DNS Propagation. There is nothing anyone can do on this, it takes time to replicate changes. Though the changes has been already happened. Some of you are having issues because some ISP clear cache after a certain interval, then you'll see the changes that has happened.
Clearing cache works on most cases on rest probably need to wait or try browser with VPN and clearing cache.

I think it's only happening for india IP..

How do we calculate Bandwidth?

Right now MD Bandwidth is dependent on two factors. Video File Size & Section of the Video. Let me break this down.
We have 4 section in MD.
1. R-Rated
2. X-Rated
3. XXX-Rated
4. HD Section
Every section has it's own rate. Here is the detailed bandwidth calculation for a single video file.

• For R-Rated - Video File Size * 0.6
  
• For X-Rated - Video File Size * 0.4
  
• For XXX-Rated - Video File Size * 0.3
  
• For HD Section - Video File Size * 0.7
  

NOTE: The rate for bandwidth is not fixed or static. This is just for the start. We'll monitor the resources it is going to take from flash-files.com. We right now have very limited resources. Though we are determined to find various ways to keep our uploaders encouraged. The rate can be increased or decreased to keep the balance between Bandwidth Downloads and Our Premium users.


RULES THAT MUST BE FOLLOWED WITH THIS CHANGE:

1. Selection of Prefix has to be right. Selecting HD section or R Rated sections to increase Bandwidth will be punished.
   
2. Always use Search Feature, before posting to avoid duplicate posting. Duplicate posts are not allowed here. Duplicate thread will be either Deleted or Merged with existing one. Repeated offenders will be permanently banned.
   
3. Try to follow all the rules and guidelines while posting, as we have controlled over both MD and FF. Any spam, fruads, continuous rules violating user and user's ip range will be banned from both MD and FF. Your all collected Bandwidth will be for no use.
   

What we mean by above is try not to spam, not to cheat. With the growth of the forum, i personally promise to introduce such benifits to our beloved users and uploaders. If you stay within rules of the forum, this change will mean you can upload and download without any limitations. Try to treat and run it like your own forum. We need all of yours support to grow this community and bring back MD days.

Don't you think you should balance the multipliers... Now more people are posting HD bollwood songs and getting tons of bandwidth(0.7), while Desi-X gets 0.4, which is the more downloaded content.. Think its imbalanced and skewed.
