I'm a premium flashfiles user, but still getting download speed of 100kbps. There has been always some issue with flashfiles for the past 3 days.

When will they fix it? Will they extend our membership?

There is currently no issue with downloading. all downloads are working fine.

I still see there's some issue with flashfiles. I usually download videos from flashfiles at max speed of my broadband (10mbps). But, now the max speed I can download from flashfiles is just 2mbps max (most of the time 100-200kbps). I also checked that there are no other downloads running on my system. Also, downloads other than flashfiles are normal (10mbps), which means the problem is with flashfiles servers. Please check and fix it.

I'm facing some or other problem with flashfiles for the past 3 days, following are some I observed:

"database password mismatch"
"expired token"
"404 not found"
low speed issue - 100 to 200kbps (takes so long time, and timout after a while)

I'm facing this problem not for all the files, but for more than 75% of the downloads, for which there's no resume option also.

I would kindly request the admin to extend the premium membership for atleast 2 days or until when the issue gets resolved. When you say it's fixed, the solution don't even last for few hours. Please admin, try to find a permanent fix for this. Our membership amount getting wasted because of this.
