Not sure this has been discussed before but FF saying "the video cannot be downloaded, use old server or contact administrator". This is happening for all videos I tried in the last two days. I have a premium account btw.

Unfortunately not, just checked again and the issue persists. Is there a different URL that I could try for FF?

Is it happening for all files or some files?
Is it happening all the time or some time?

All files, All the time for the last week or so. I've contacted FF support team as well and gave a screenshot of the error which basically says "Some error occurred. Use the old server or contact support."
