This link also has the same problem @chicmagnet  When I use free download option it takes me to this screen.. Again an error page..

Both links work fine for me. I get the timer and the download button afterwards as shown below. The download also works fine.

 
I am using my mobile phone.. Don't know which device you use @chicmagnet 
Checked it in 3 - 4 browsers.. As soon as I click the green download button after the timer.. The page redirects to the error message just like the screenshot I posted.. What am I gaining by falsely accusing something here..?
