Unable to upload in Flash files upload super slow...   stuck at 1 %

I'm monitoring it, it seems okay from here. If it experience slow upload, do let me know.

I download videos from my android phone. In past two days many videos downloaded wont play in my pc some plays in my mobile. Others just wont open in pc.some plays in wondows media with just audio, none of these files also do not show any thumbnail. Another uploader Solobo has mentioned the same problem
It happened with mkv and avi files mainly i think. 
Vlc player also said it was some index error something like that. Any solutions?? . Few files i redownloaded and seemed fine but it just wastes data and time.

If you are using download manager to download such as IDM, ADM etc. the data might get corrupted as these download managers download files in parts and later merge it. If that is the case, Open your download manager->Goto Options->Click on Connection Tab->Change the default maximum connection to 1
Though in some days I'll look back to script and fix this issue.

Redownloading fixed it i have only redownloaded 3 files many are still uncheckd

I have posted threads in Desi X section.
If they were reposts, I request mods to inform me so that I delete my links from Flash-files.

I request mods to take this matter to their concern. 
If it is a bug, kindly resolve it.

I already knew which of my threads got removed. But earlier I used to get a alert in my notification area saying that specific thread doesn't exist but this time I have not got any alert.
Is it a kind of bug at this site?

Actually I have got some of my threads removed by Mods indicating that posts are of same duration and quality is not playing a much big role here.

But here some other users are getting their posts approved. Despite I mentioned the previous links.

So, do me favor by telling me the reason behind such approval?
Why is this kind of discrimination? I love this site.
I want this site to be great again as earlier it was.

our members are posting new thread daily basis 50 to 100 thread may be more than re post & new are coming that way always search is difficult to 
before post we are monitoring our side in every seconds , minutes and hour if found we are remove and also via pm alert them if any members doing regular basis re post we are given token warning in several times.You are doing well give your side support need all time. I also you approve personally via pm to answer you to guide for posting thread right? 
Posting thread in different quality depend for Duration Resolution Size etc where we are allow in certain time . 
We are telling in every members pl. avoid re post again and again 
if we stop next then new comer also be follow the same.

I am very disheartened with the work process in the forum.

I heartily apologize for being rude. But in this forum rules are being broken. 
I thought this website will be like usual as it was earlier.

My threads exclusively are being removed, but when someone other posts it, there is no any action. 

The same excuses I have been being given, but these excuses are only applicable for me.
