Discussion can't download from flash-files

i have a problem in downloading from flash-files.com

when ever i try to download either by using IDM or save as files this is what it show

in IDM
https://freeff.flash-files.com/downloadfile.php   and the name of the file with 0mb

in save as 
return as .PHP instead of  .mp4 and cant download

help please
