Discussion Database Password Mismatch for one page

I am hitting this problem for one page only

Other threads are working. Tried this in private window also. It directly shows "database password mismatch". Please restore this page.

Seeing the same here. Some pages only show the database mismatch warning and fail to load the page. Others load the page, but there is a database mismatch warning at the top of the page. Also, even if the page loads, any files flash (flash files?) links do not appear, as if you are not logged in. I tried resetting my password, hoping that the mismatch might resolve itself. No luck. Hope this can be resolved.

Actually I get the link (close to the top), but no other details (file name, size, etc). In the bottom, where it usually gives the link again is missing. Screenshots below.
