Still flash files is not working. It is showing 500 server error. It is down for the past three days. Why so delay in solving the problem. Please rectify

@GhostRider one issue i face in ff is whenever i click download, it shows 100% and nothing happens. After few minutes i refresh the page and i click download then it starts downloading. Bcoz of this I lost lots of mb.
Today i lost 600mb. 300mb file i tried to download 3 times. 3rd time it worked. This is a old issue. So can i get back my lost mb.

the above message is occurring while operating the premium flash files. Is it a part of maintenance. If possible, please rectify sir.
