@cigarette It's Not Banned. Could You Share Screenshots Of The Error Messages You Are Encountering? I Just Want To Inform You That I Am Not Facing Any Issues With File Downloads On My End Using The Same Jio (Fiber) Connection.

Yes. it gets temporary disabled for some time, if there are excessive usages for x no of days to maybe protect some limits or something.
