It is on VPS with 8GB ram and Octa Core Processor.

Imgur is not our website. If you upload too many images in short interval, imgur will stop taking uploads from that ip for half an hour. To solve this either use VPN or another browser or
The simpler solution is to use some other external image upload sites such as picscrazy, postimg etc.

Note: There is no limitation on which image host you use, you can use any! Though will try to introduce a easy option in very near future.

most of time Remote File Upload V2 not wokring when i upload bigger file like 70-200 mb it stop at 10-20mb upload and say upload completed chk ss

Try default remote uploader! Not V2!

Ok...it seems its an ISP specific problem. I tried with another ISP and it worked

Wonder...what happened all of a sudden?

All server are working fine. It could be your temporary network or isp issue.
