well thats bec when i am downloading one file site is not at all opening to upload any other files and its taking min 30 mins
That is a limitation of free downloads. Though the Premium Status to Selected Uploaders has been introduced to encourage uploaders besides the earning from downloads. I'll look into your case for a day or two. You'll see verified icon just on the side of your name here, that will mean your flash-files.com has been upgraded to premium as a gift.

Thank you for providing the link, your file was not downloaded from US but from UK with suspicious activity.
When your was being downloaded, our system suspected 2 ip, 1 ip which was when user clicked the link (US) but when he downloaded the file the ip changed to 3.8.119.**(UK). Due to the instant fluctuation in ips, our system pushed that download to TIER E, if you check our flash-files.com/earn.php. The only way you are going to have $0.0005 revenue is from Tier E country.
Note: In such cases and using VPN will result such behaviour from the system.

In Tier D for 1-100 MB files, its now written as "$1*(0.0005FD,0.001PD)".....earlier only $1 was there.....what does this change mean?

$1 for Premium Downloads, $0.5 for Free Downloads for Less than 50mb files. New system is enabled!
Check at earn.php
Last time you told that you will increase indian download rates but still not increased.
As there are 70-80% indian user then you should increase it.

The rates has been increased but for small file size we won't be able to give same rate as of bit large files, that is going to hump our system resources. But i do have a plan of increasing rates again for bit larger files.
