Regularly 502 gateway issue is coming now after opening flash file premium links. It is taking longer time to open the links showing 502 gateway or timed out messages.

Please rectify if possible.

Fileflash is still deadslow and files are getting stuck while uploading. when will site be back to normal?

Yes, Flash-Files is too slow even after the hardware upgrade. Taking ages to navigate. Was the Hardware the only issue for the site being too slow? It may be due to several reasons. One of them may even be due to DDoS attack. I request @GhostRider to think from that angle too.

DDoS attack is a malicious attempt to disrupt or damage a service by overwhelming system resources with traffic. Symptoms of a DDoS attack are slow access to website files, inability to access websites, etc. I do understand cloudflare may be providing basic DDoS protection, but it's not always good enough.

A DDoS attack can overload your network and cause it to become slow or unresponsive. This can be especially noticeable if you are experiencing a sudden decrease in performance. A DDoS attack can put a strain on your network hardware, causing it to fail or become overloaded.

I request Sir GhostRider to check whether Flash-Files is being DDoS'd. Thank you.

yes you are right. it was and it still ongoing. FF adding cloudfare ddos, it seems like some server is continually hitting FF server on couple of links. even after server upgrade and blocking, it still impact every now and then, hence its busy most of the time

For site of Flash-files caliber, I don't think basic cloudflare protection is good enough. Flash-Files is too big for it. Please consider upgrading to a Transit Network Protection which protects the whole network and data center against DDoS attacks. It also provides traffic acceleration. Or you may consider talking to cloudflare expert to see what best would suit Flash-Files.
